Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance consists of federal, state, institutional, and private fund(s) that are used to assist eligible students in funding their education. Financial assistance can be a combination of scholarships, grants, loans, and student employment.

Over 90% of our students are currently receiving some form of financial assistance while attending St. John’s College, Department of Nursing.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance

To apply for financial assistance you will need to do the following:

  • Complete and file your application for admission to St. John’s College, Department of Nursing.
  • File a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
    St. John’s College, Department of Nursing’s school code is 030980.
  • Within 30 days after submitting your FAFSA, you will receive a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR). The Student Aid Report will be used to determine which programs you are eligible for, and how much aid you will receive. The financial assistance office will let you know what additional documents you may need to submit.
