There are numerous ways to support St. John’s College including gifts to our annual Alumni Appeal, participating in the BIG Raffle and through estate planning and IRAs.
Your gift can be made by sending a check to Friends of St. Johns, 800 E. Carpenter St., Springfield, IL 62769 and indicating the gift is for the College of Nursing. Gifts by credit card may be made by calling 217-544-6464 ext. 45160.
Planned Gifts and Bequest Language
Many donors find that through bequests they are able to make a significant philanthropic impact while providing for their loved ones and saving tax dollars. When making a bequest, consult your attorney or other appropriate advisers to ensure you accomplish your estate planning goals.
The following language can be included in one’s will/trust or codicil:
"I give (written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property) to St. John’s Hospital, A Division of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation, 800 E. Carpenter St., Springfield, IL 62769 to provide funding for St. John’s College, Department of Nursing."
