Application Checklist

Thank you for your interest in St. John’s College, Department of Nursing. We are accepting applications for the general admission pre-licensure program and accelerated pre-licensure BSN program for the class entering Fall 2014; Early Admissions High School seniors program for the class entering Fall 2015 and RN to BSN hybrid distance education online program for Fall 2013 semester and Spring 2014 semester.  When your completed application and the following information and documents are received, your record will be reviewed for admission to St. John’s College.

General & Accelerated Admission Checklist

• Application
• $60.00 Application Fee
• Legal Proof of Name(Xerox copies are not acceptable.  Only a certified document; such as, a Birth Certificate or Marriage License is acceptable)
• Official High School Transcript (If applicable official transcripts must be mailed directly from the issuing school to us.)
• Official ACT or SAT Score (if available)
• Official College Transcript(s) (Official transcripts must be mailed directly from the issuing school to us.)
• TEAS V Entrance Exam
